To meet the expectations of our customers, as well as in recognition of the level of competence of Polish specialists, since January 2012 ProData Consult extends the scope of its offer with the services of specialists with a minimum of three years’ professional experience.

Accordingly, from December 2011 ProData Consult in Poland has started an intensive recruitment period, which will be continued next year.

For the Polish market expanded scope of services of ProData Consult gives a better prospect of matching to customer needs maintaining main principles of ProData Consult: the highest quality of service. This is possible due to the PDC procedures for all processes, from consultant’s recruitment to final evaluation at the end of the service used. Procedures will be applied to all IT professionals, including Junior PDC Consultants. Consult still focuses on collaboration with consultants with more than five years of professional experience. For the foreign projects it remains the main criterion of IT specialists qualification.
