As of December 1^st 2011, the Danish incorporated ProData Consult  acquired +50% of the shares in ProData Consult Poland, which until this date operated on locally owned franchise basis. This means  ProData Consult in Poland now is a fully integrated unit of the ProData Consult Group. Group CEO Søren Rode says: "We see great opportunities and synergy effects between ProData Consult Poland and the rest of the ProData Consult Group.
